How rude!!

You know Verizon?? Well, there service is awesome, but there workers arent. This verizon woker (i think its a computer) ‘helped’ me with my purchases. Look at the conversation we had:

    That’s awesome! Hahahaha! My stepmom and I were on the phone for, like…an hour and a half trying to figure out what happened to this thing we ordered, so we were none too happy. Then, we were transferred to, like, a 5th person, and he said, “How are you today?” all happy-pappy, and I was like HA! JUST FAN-FREAKIN-TASTIC! And it turned out that the IT guys had canceled our order several weeks earlier, even though someone had told us literally 3 DAYS before, that it would be there by the end of the week, and we were just SO ready to hit someone. GAH!!!

    But you hae to be looking at phones. Type in a name of a phone (example~ Samsung Glyde) and look at it for a few minutes and this chat thingy should pop up

    you have to be looking at phones and wait around 5-15 minutes for it to pop up. dont click anything on the screen though. just leave it there.
